中医“邪气”的系统论新释

摘　　要：中医六淫等邪气是抽象概念,难以实证,现代研究往往将邪气还原为微观病原体,但这背离了中医一贯的系统观。人体是天然的系统,唯有当环境因素与系统相互作用时,邪气才会涌现,唯有系统自组织之正气恢复运转,邪气才会消散。六淫邪气是系统的涌现,疫疠之气亦无法脱离系统而致病。邪气因自组织的失调而产生,亦因自组织的运作而消退。中医采取“扶正祛邪”的方法,不是将药物直接作用于微观病原体,而是以他组织协助自组织,实现自组织的祛邪;祛邪不是将邪气驱逐于外,而是重构系统,使邪气不再具备涌现的条件。系统论可以从一个全新的角度揭示中医“邪气”的真正面貌。The evil qi such as the six evils of Traditional Chinese Medicine is abstract concept that is difficult to empirical research.Modern research often reduces the evil qi to microscopic pathogens,but this deviates from the consistent system view of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The human body is a natural system.Only when environmental factors interact with the system can the evil qi emerge.Only when the righteousness of the system's self-organization resumes functioning can the evil qi dissipate.The six evils emerge in the system,and the epidemic qi cannot cause illnesses along beyond the system.The evil qi is produced by the disorder of self-organization,and it also disappears due to the operation of self-organization.Traditional Chinese Medicine adopts the method of helping the righteous qi to eliminate the evil qi.The medicine does not directly act on the cause of diseases,but the self-organization.The treatment is a kind of heter-organization,which will assist in self-organization to achieve self-organized elimination of evil qi.Eliminating evil qi does not mean driving the evil qi out,but refactoring the system so that the evil qi no longer has the conditions to emerge.System theory can reveal the true face of the evil qi from a new angle.
