摘 要:运用复杂适应系统理论构建仿真模型,旨在剖析区域数字鸿沟与经济增长之间的机制并识别主导因素。结果表明区域间的数字鸿沟会导致区域经济增长差距扩大并降低经济总量。情景分析表明数字管理效率的提升和企业生产成本的降低有利于缩小因数字鸿沟导致的经济增长差异并提升整体经济增量。数字人才的增加在提升整体经济增量的同时却拉大了区域间经济增长的差距。因此,除了增强数字化程度落后地区的数字基础设施以外,将更多的资源投入管理效率的提升和生产成本的降低,均有利于缩小区域间的数字鸿沟,促进区域经济协调发展。Applying complex adaptive system theory to build a simulation model,the research aimed to analyze the mechanism between regional digital divide and economic growth and identify dominant factors.The simulation results indicated that digital divide between regions has led to a widening gap in regional economic growth and a reduction in economic aggregates.The scenarios showed digital management efficiency improvement and reduction of enterprise costs were conducive to narrowing the difference caused by the digital divide and increasing overall economic growth.Increase of digital talents has improved overall economic growth,but it had widened the gap.Thus,in addition to enhancing digital infrastructure in areas with underdeveloped digitalization,putting more resources into improvement of management efficiency and reduction of production costs are all conducive to narrowing the digital divide and promoting coordinated development of regional economy.
