摘　　要：目的:建立微生态活菌制品蜡样芽孢杆菌片的非致病性杂菌计数方法。方法:对蜡样芽孢杆菌片进行人工杂菌污染,采用稀释法、不同前处理方法以及选择性培养基法等,研究蜡样芽孢杆菌片非致病性杂菌计数方法。结果及结论:建立的杂菌计数法能检出蜡样芽孢杆菌片中非致病性杂菌,其适用性检查符合《中国药典》(2020年版)三部微生态活菌制剂总论的要求,结果能反映样品中污染非致病性杂菌数。Objective:To study the rationality of the nonpathogenic bacteria detection method in the current standard for Bacillus cereus tablets,and establish a nonpathogenic bacteria detection method for Bacillus cereus tablets.Methods:For Bacillus cereus tablets artificially contaminated with miscellaneous bacteria,methods were explored including dilution,pretreatment,special culture medium and others to detect the nonpathogenic miscellaneous bacteria in Bacillus cereus tablets.Results&Conclusion:The new method for detecting nonpathogenic miscellaneous bacteria can be used,and its application can reflect the number of nonpathogenic bacteria contaminated in the samples.
