摘　　要：目的:建立苏麻止咳方中迷迭香酸、橙皮苷、射干苷和甘草酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用UPLC法同时测定苏麻止咳方中上述4种成分的含量,色谱柱为Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm);流动相为0.1%磷酸(A)-乙腈(B),梯度洗脱;流速0.3 mL·min^(-1);柱温30℃;检测波长265 nm。结果:迷迭香酸、橙皮苷、射干苷和甘草酸的线性范围分别为1.5~59μg·mL^(-1)、5~190μg·mL^(-1)、0.5~19μg·mL^(-1)、3~116μg·mL^(-1),平均加样回收率分别为101.5%、101.7%、102.2%、100.7%,RSD值分别为1.3%、0.9%、1.0%、1.1%。结论:该含量测定方法操作简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于苏麻止咳方的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of rosmarinic acid,hesperidin,tectoridin and glycyrrhizic acid in Suma Zhike mixtures by UPLC.Methods:UPLC was per-formed on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm).The mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid(A)-acetonitrile(B)with gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min^(-1),The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.Results:The linear ranges of rosmarinic acid,hesperidin,tectoridin and glycyrrhizic acid were 1.5-59,5-190,0.5-19 and 3-116μg·mL^(-1),respectively,and the average recovery rates were 101.5%,101.7%,102.2%and 100.7%with RSD of 1.3%,0.9%,1.0%and 1.1%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,specific and reproduc-ible and can be applied for the quality control of Suma Zhike mixtures.
