江苏省三级中医及中西医结合医疗机构中药制剂发展现状分析与思考

摘　　要：分析2021年至2024年江苏省三级中医及中西医结合医院中药院内制剂备案、生产情况,分析备案地区、剂型等分布变化情况。结果显示,2024年全省13个设区市、46家三级中医及中西医结合医院,申请备案并有完成品种的单位共5个市14家医疗机构,较2021年度增加了3个市11家医疗机构;备案中药传统制剂93种,较2021年度增加55种,其中省属医院占绝对数量优势。备案完成品种剂型主要是合剂和颗粒剂,占比近85%。我省院内中药制剂基础较好但整体发展不均衡,研发能力后劲缺乏。应探索建立区域制剂研发配制中心,加大投入,优化改革措施,搭建良好的科研合作平台,以促进江苏省院内中药制剂健康长远发展。This report analyzes the registration and production status of in-hospital traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations in tertiary TCM and integrated Chinese-Western medicine hospitals in Jiangsu Province from 2021 to 2024.The analysis focuses on changes in regional distribution,dosage forms,and other relevant metrics.As of 2024,among the 46 tertiary TCM and integrated Chinese-Western medicine hospitals across 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province,a total of 14 medical institutions in 5 cities have successfully completed the registration process for their in-hospital prepara-tions.Compared to 2021,this represents an increase of 3 additional cities and 11 more medical institu-tions that have registered their in-hospital preparations.By 2024,a total of 93 types of traditional TCM preparations have been registered,marking an increase of 55 types compared to 2021.Provincial-level hos-pitals continue to dominate in terms of the number of registered preparations.The majority of the regis-tered preparations are concentrated in two primary dosage forms:mixtures(Heji)and granules(Keli),which together account for nearly 85%of all registered preparations.Despite having a solid foundation for in-hospital TCM preparations,there is an uneven development across different regions within the province.There is a notable lack of sustained research and development capacity among some hospitals.There is a need for strategic improvements to address developmental imbalances and enhance research capabilities.By implementing the recommended measures,Jiangsu Province can ensure the continued advancement and broader application of its in-hospital TCM preparations.
