摘  要:近年来,随着设施栽培面积的不断增加和栽培年限的不断延长,南方根结线虫对蔬菜作物生产造成严重损失。南方根结线虫侵染植物时,常常通过分泌效应子便利自己的侵染,效应子的种类不同,对侵染过程起的作用也不同。总的来说,南方根结线虫效应子可以对蔬菜作物的细胞壁进行降解与修饰,有助于线虫取食位点形成,降低蔬菜作物的防御能力等;宿主植物也会产生相应的物质对南方根结线虫的入侵产生抵御反应。综述了南方根结线虫在侵染蔬菜作物过程中产生的效应子以及宿主面对线虫侵染时产生的防御反应和分子机制,为解析南方根结线虫对蔬菜作物的侵染及蔬菜植物的防御反应奠定基础。In recent years,with the continuous increase of facility cultivation area and the prolonged cultivation periods,Meloidogyne incognita has caused serious losses to vegetable crop production.When M.incognita infects plants,it often promotes its infection process by secreting effectors,and different effectors play varying roles in the infection.In general,M.incognita effectors can degrade and modify the cell wall of vegetable crops,contribute to the formation of nematode feeding sites,and reduce the defense response of vegetable crops.Meanwhile,host plants produce corresponding substances to resist the invasion of M.incognita.This paper reviews the effectors produced by M.incognita in the process of infecting vegetable crops,as well as the defense responses and molecular mechanisms triggered by the host plants in response to nematode infection,which lays a foundation for understanding the infection of M.incognita and the defense mechanisms of vegetable plants.
