摘  要:探讨不同光照强度对黄瓜及南瓜幼苗生长的影响,为确定设施栽培黄瓜及南瓜种苗培养光照条件提供理论指导。以津研4号黄瓜和黑籽南瓜为试材,在5种光照强度(1000、2000、3000、4000、5000 lx)下进行处理,测定黄瓜和南瓜幼苗下胚轴直径和长度及叶绿素荧光参数等指标。结果表明,4000 lx处理下黄瓜下胚轴长度、直径均最大,分别为21.17和1.97 mm,黄瓜F_(v)/F_(m)随光照强度增加逐渐降低,其F_(0)随光照强度增大逐渐增大,qN随光照强度增大先减小后逐渐增大。南瓜幼苗在3000 lx处理下F_(0)最大,其下胚轴随着光照强度的增加,南瓜下胚轴长度呈先逐渐降低后升高趋势,南瓜下胚轴直径呈先升高后降低再逐渐升高趋势。综上所述,不同光照强度对黄瓜和南瓜幼苗的生长有较大影响,黄瓜和南瓜分别在4000 lx和3000 lx的光照强度下生长较好。本试验结果为生产上培育适宜的黄瓜和南瓜种苗提供了光环境调控依据。This study investigates the effects of different light intensities on the growth of cucumber and pumpkin seed-lings,providing theoretical guidance for the light conditions of cucumber and pumpkin seedlings in facility cultivation.Using Jinyan No.4 cucumber and Cucurbita ficifolia as experimental materials,the diameter and length of hypocotyl and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of cucumber and pumpkin seedlings were measured under five different light intensi-ties(1000,2000,3000,4000,5000 lx).The results indicated that under the treatment of 4000 lx,the length and diameter of the cucumber hypocotyl were the greatest,reaching 21.17 and 1.97 mm,respectively.The F_(v)/F_(m) of cucumber decreased gradually with the increase of light intensity,while F_(0) increased with light intensity,and qN first decreased fand then grad-ually increased with the increase of light intensity.Pumpkin seedlings treated at 3000 lx had the maximum F_(0).As the light intensity increased,the length of the pumpkin hypocotyl showed a trend of gradually decreasing and then increasing,while the hypocotyl diameter first increased,then decreasd,and finally increasd again.In conclusion,different light inten-sities have a significant impact on the growth of cucumber and pumpkin seedlings.Cucumber and pumpkin seedlings grew better under 4000 lx and 3000 lx light intensity,respectively.This experiment provides a basis for light environment control for breeding suitable cucumber and pumpkin seedlings in production.
