摘  要:弛张筛作为一种用于解决细粒煤炭深度筛分的重要筛分设备,其筛面的弛张运动对潮湿细粒煤团的解聚具有关键的影响。在这一背景下,针对郭家湾选煤厂原煤脱粉弛张筛的关键结构进行了深入的优化分析和改进工作。首先,针对弛张筛启动过程中存在的阻力较大、V带打滑,甚至断裂频繁等故障,从驱动支架参数设计和电机/同步带结构组合两个角度入手,通过优化设计和改进方案,降低了设备启动时的故障率,提高了设备的可靠性和稳定性。其次,建立了柔性驰张筛面三段圆弧模型和悬挂软线模型,揭示了驰张筛面的挠度分布和筛面变形特征,并有助于深入理解弛张筛的工作原理及其优化空间。最后,分析优化后弛张筛的筛分性,弛张筛在4 mm颗粒的筛分过程中的筛分效率达到了72.48%。这一成果不仅验证了优化方案的有效性,也为潮湿细粒煤炭的深度筛分提供了可靠的技术支持,因此,为弛张筛技术的进一步完善和工程应用提供了重要的理论和实践指导。As an important screening equipment for solving the deep screening of fine coal,the flip-flow screen has a key influence on the depolymerization of wet fine coal.In this context,in-depth optimization analysis and improvement work were carried out on the key structure of the raw coal de-pulverization flip-flow screen in Guojiawan Coal Preparation Plant.Firstly,aiming at the faults such as large resistance,V-belt slipping and even frequent fracture in the start-up process of flip-flow screen,the failure rate of the equipment during start-up is reduced and the reliability and stability of the equipment are improved by optimizing the design and improvement scheme from the two aspects of drive bracket parameter design and motor/synchronous belt structure.Secondly,the three-segment arc model and suspension soft-wire model of the flexible flip-flow screen surface are established,which reveals the deflection distribution and deformation characteristics of the flip-flow screen surface,and helps to deeply understand the working principle and optimization space of the flip-flow screen.Finally,the screening performance of the optimized flip-flow screen was analyzed.The screening efficiency of the flip-flow screen in the screening process of 4 mm particles reached 72.48%.This result not only verifies the effectiveness of the optimization scheme,but also provides reliable technical support for the deep screening of wet fine coal.Therefore,the important theoretical and practical guidance is provided for the further improvement and engineering application of flip-flow screen technology.
