摘 要:钱营孜煤矿在钱营社区、小吴家及大吴家等地面村庄下压覆了大量煤炭资源。为解决钱营孜矿建筑物下压煤开采问题,采用“开采沉陷预测预报系统”分别对北一采区全部垮落法开采后的地表沉陷和采用设计方案实施覆岩隔离注浆充填后的地表移动变形进行了预计分析。预计结果表明,当北一采区所有工作面全部垮落法开采时,地面最大下沉3483.2 mm,倾斜-6.22~7.39 mm,曲率-0.036~0.024(10^(-3)/m),水平移动-1131.6~953.9 mm,水平变形-4.98~3.09 mm/m,地面最大移动变形达到Ⅲ级破坏临界值。在使用覆岩隔离注浆充填后,村庄范围内最大下沉400 mm,倾斜-1~0.6 mm/m,变形-0.5~1 mm/m,处于I变形以内,达到对村庄的保护要求。研究对北一采区采用覆岩隔离注浆充填不迁村采煤技术的可行性提供了理论依据。The Qianyingzi Coal Mine overlies a large amount of coal resources under the surface villages of Qianying Community,Xiaowujia and Dawujia.In order to solve the problem of surface subsidence caused by the mining of coal resources under the Qianyingzi mine building,adopts the mining subsidence prediction and forecasting system'to predict and analyse the surface subsidence of the northern mining area after the whole collapse method and the surface movement and deformation after the isolated overburden grout injection using the design scheme.The projected results show that when all the working faces in the north one mining area are mined by collapse method,the maximum ground subsidence is 3483.2 mm,inclination-6.22~7.39 mm,curvature-0.036~0.024(10^(-3)/m),horizontal movement-1131.6~953.9 mm,horizontal deformation-4.98~3.09 mm/m,and the maximum ground movement deformation reaches the critical value of class III damage.The research provides a theoretical basis for the feasibility of adopting the isolated overburden grout injection and filling without relocating the village coal mining technology in the north one mining area.
