改性聚氨酯涂层提升PE鱼线耐摩擦和耐水色牢度性能的研究

摘  要:高性能胶粘剂在提升PE鱼线的耐湿摩擦色牢度与耐水色牢度方面具有重要作用,是确保鱼线产品耐用性和高性能的关键。然而,由于聚烯烃纤维的高度疏水性,其染色、固色及涂层附着力均面临较大挑战,国内在该领域的技术水平相对落后,难以与国际先进产品竞争。基于水性聚氨酯树脂,通过引入端羟基聚烯烃链段对其进行了改性,旨在提升对PE纤维的粘接性能并满足环保要求。实验表明,端羟基聚烯烃链段的引入有效降低了胶膜吸水率,同时增强了涂层的柔韧性与疏水性,使耐湿摩擦色牢度达到4~5级,耐水色牢度达到4级。此外,还探讨了R值和有机硅改性剂用量对性能的影响,结果显示在R值为1.6~1.7、硅氧烷用量为0.32%~0.35%时,涂层表现出最佳平衡,兼具高顺滑性和优异的色牢度。High-performance adhesives play a crucial role in enhancing the wet rub color fastness and water color fastness of PE fishing lines,which are key to ensuring the durability and high performance of fishing line products.However,due to the highly hydrophobic nature of poly-olefin fibers,challenges remain in achieving effective dyeing,color fixation,and coating adhesion.Domestic technical capabilities in this field lag behind,making it difficult to compete with advanced international products.Based on waterborne polyurethane resin,modification was carried out by introducing terminal hydroxyl polyolefin segments,aiming to enhance the adhesion to PE fibers and meet environmental standards.The experi-ments show that the introduction of hydroxyl-terminated polyolefin segments effectively reduces the water absorption rate of the adhesive film while enhancing the flexibility and hydrophobicity of the coating,achieving a wet rub color fastness of 4~5 and a water color fastness of 4.Furthermore,the effects of R values and silicone modifier dosage on performance is explored.The results indicate that,at R values of 1.6~1.7 and a silicone dos-age of 0.32%~0.35%,the coating achieves an optimal balance,combining high smoothness with excellent color fastness.
