摘 要:油气田生产、集输、加工过程中在设备和管道内部表面容易产生沉积物。沉积物的存在不仅会导致严重的局部腐蚀,还会阻碍缓蚀剂向金属基体的传质,对实现“双碳”目标造成极大障碍。基于此通过多种物化特性表征方法,有效分析出沉积物中物质组成和元素类别,并结合热动力学分析等手段,进一步对沉积物处理过程中产生的气态污染物进行监测,合理推测管道沉积物形成机制,从源头解决或降低沉积物形成及其造成的不良影响,充分实现绿色生产方式的生产过程,并且在有效处理污染物的同时,实现最大的生产效益化,为石油化工企业实现高质量发展提供有力支撑。During the production,gathering and processing of oil and gas fields,a layer of sediment often forms on the surface of equipment and pipelines.The presence of sediment not only leads to severe localized corrosion,but also hinders the mass transfer of corrosion inhibitors to the metal substrate,posing a great obstacle to achieving the"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"goal.Based on this,various physical and chemical characterization methods to effectively analyze the composition and elemental categories of substances in sediment,and combines thermodynamic analysis and other methods to further monitor the gaseous pollutants generated during sediment treatment.It reasonably speculates on the formation mechanism of pipeline sediment,solves or reduces sediment formation and its adverse effects from the source,fully realizes the production process of green production mode,and achieves maximum production efficiency while effectively treating pollutants,providing strong support for the high-quality development of petrochemical enterprises.
