摘  要:围绕环境友好型溶剂的科学研究热点,设计了一个科研与教学实验相融合的综合化学实验项目-低共熔溶剂萃取石脑油中的芳烃。低共熔溶剂是近年来发现的环境友好型溶剂,由于它具有合成简便、原料价格低廉、可设计性强、无蒸气压等优势,得到了广泛研究。以四丁基溴化磷与乙酰丙酸合成低共熔溶剂,并将其用于工业石脑油的芳烃化合物分离为主线,模拟了科学研究过程。通过深度参与项目,学生能够自主掌握新型绿色溶剂低共熔溶剂(DES)的合成,同时加深其对有机化学实验中萃取过程的理解,加强学生解决实际问题的能力,从而深化学生对化学学科的整体认识,提升其科研素养并激发其创新能力。In order to focus on the scientific research of environment-friendly solvents,a comprehensive chemical experiment project was designed to integrate scientific research and teaching experiments-extraction of aromatics in naphtha with eutectic solvent.Eutectic solvent is an environmentally friendly solvent found in recent years,and has been widely studied because of its advantages of simple synthesis,low raw material price,strong designability and no vapor pressure.The synthesis of tetrabutylphosphorus bromide and levulinic acid type eutectic solvent and its application in the separation of aromatic compounds from industrial naphtha were used as the main line to simulate the scientific research process.Through deep participation in this project,students can independently master the synthesis of a new green solvent DES,deepen their understanding of the extraction process in organic chemistry experiments,strengthen their ability to solve practical problems,thus deepening their overall understanding of chemistry,improving their scientific research literacy and stimulating their innovation ability.
