摘  要:香豆素类化合物因其良好的生物活性和药用价值,得到化学工作者的广泛研究。以4-羟基香豆素为基础原料,通过与有机胺的亲核取代反应,成功得到了一系列4-氨基香豆素类衍生物,并采用核磁共振波谱(^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR)对其结构和组成进行了表征,还对产物的合成和分离纯化进行了讨论。结果表明,该反应操作简便、条件温和、反应产率高,为快速制备4-氨基香豆素类衍生物提供了有效的合成策略。Coumarin compounds have been extensively studied by chemists because of their good biological activity and medicinal value.A series of 4-amino coumarin derivatives were obtained by nucleophilic substitution reaction with organic amines based on 4-hydroxy coumarin.The structure of these derivatives was characterized by ^(1)H NMR and ^(13)C NMR,and the synthesis and purification were also discussed.The results indicat-ed that this reaction was simple to operate,mild and had high reaction yield,which provided an effective synthesis strategy for the rapid preparation of 4-amino coumarin derivatives.
