摘　　要：针对列管式固定床反应器液体分布器出流不均问题,提出由上滴流管、带中心通孔圆形垫片及下滴流管组成的新型滴流结构。采用数值模拟方法分析垫片通孔内径、厚度及液位高度对出流量的影响。同时利用实验设备测量不同物性液体原料流量,获取流量系数以修正经验公式,进而实现对不同出流量工况下滴流结构组合参数的快速预测,为反应器内液体分布均匀性提供有效解决方案与理论依据。A new trickle-structure consisting of an upper tube,a circular gasket with a central through-hole,and a lower tube is proposed to solve the problem of flow uniformity from the liquid distributor in a tubular fixed bed reactor.Numerical simulation is used to investigate the influ-ence of the hole's diameter,the thickness of the gasket,and the liquid height on the flow rate through a single tube of the distributor.At the same time,experiments are used to measure the flow rates of liquid with different physical properties,obtain the flow-coefficient to correct the empirical formu-la,and thus achieve rapid prediction of the trickle structure parameters under different conditions.This method provides an effective solution and a theoretical basis for improving the uniformity of liquid distribution in the trickle bed reactor.
