硫酸镁钠钾口服用浓溶液与复方聚乙二醇电解质散(I)用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察硫酸镁钠钾口服用浓溶液(oral sulfate solution,OSS)与复方聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol,PEG)(I)用于住院患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的疗效和安全性。[方法]选取480例准备行结肠镜检查的住院患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(232例)与观察组(248例)。对照组服用复方PEG(I)进行肠道准备,观察组服用OSS进行肠道准备。比较2组患者肠道清洁程度、息肉检出率、患者耐受性、护士满意度和不良反应发生率等。[结果]观察组的波士顿肠道准备量表评分全结肠评分和各分肠段评分均高于对照组[全结肠:(7.88±1.34)比(7.31±1.03)分,P=0.0318;左段结肠:(2.56±0.33)比(2.52±0.41)分,P=0.0476;中段结肠:(2.48±0.61)比(2.39±0.58)分,P=0.0425;右段结肠:(2.80±0.43)比(2.40±0.36)分,P=0.0076]。观察组、对照组的息肉检出率分别为28.23%(70/248)、21.55%(50/232),2组比较:χ2=2.85,P=0.0915;观察组总排便次数小于对照组[(8.42±3.21)比(10.27±2.54)次,P=0.041];观察组患者耐受性、护士满意度均优于对照组,2组不良反应发生率的比较差异无统计学意义,安全性相当。[结论]OSS在结肠镜检查前的肠道准备效果、患者耐受性及护士满意度方面优于复方PEG(I),且安全性相当,值得临床应用。[Objective]To observe the efficacy and safety of oral sulfate solution(OSS)or polyethylene glycol(I)(PEG)for bowel preparation before colonoscopy examination,so as to provide a reference for bowel preparation.[Methods]The totals of 480inpatients were included in the research.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Finally,232cases were divided into the control group and 248cases were divided in the observation group.The patients in the control group used PEG as an intestinal cleansing agent,and the patients in the observation group used OSS as an intestinal cleansing agent.The intestinal cleanliness,the polyp detection rate,the patients'tolerance,the nurses'satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.[Results]The BBPS scores of the whole colon and each segment of colon in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(the whole colon:[7.88±1.34]vs[7.31±1.03],P=0.0318;the left colon:[2.56±0.33]vs[2.52±0.41],P=0.0476;the middle colon:[2.48±0.61]vs[2.39±0.58],P=0.0425;the right colon:[2.80±0.43]vs[2.40±0.36],P=0.0076).The polyp detection rates in observation group and control group were 28.23%(70/248)and 21.55%(50/232)(χ2=2.85,P=0.0915).The total number of defecation in the observation group was less than that in the control group[(8.42±3.21)vs(10.27±2.54),P=0.041].The patients'tolerance and nurses'satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and the safety was similar between the two groups.[Conclusion]The OSS is better than PEG in terms of the bowel preparation effect,the patients’tolerance and the nurses’satisfaction before colonoscopy.The safety of OSS is comparable with PEG and the OSS is worthy of clinical application.
