摘 要:针对淡水和河砂资源短缺,提出采用原状未淡化海砂和海水进行压制成型混凝土路面砖的生产。采用3种不同的海砂掺量(0、50%和100%)和3种不同的海水掺量(0、50%和100%),分别制备了路面砖试块,对其进行了3、7、14、28 d龄期的抗压强度和抗折强度测试,试验结果表明,压制成型路面砖的抗压强度和抗折强度随海砂掺量、海水掺量的增加而提高,即海砂和海水的使用对路面砖的强度产生有利影响;对龄期为28、90、180 d的海水海砂混凝土路面砖强度测试表明,其抗压强度和抗折强度随龄期增长显著,180 d强度较28 d强度提高约35%。最后,基于试验结果,提出了压制成型路面砖抗折强度与抗压强度之间的线性关系表达式。Considering the shortage of mixing water and natural river sand in concrete production,this study propose that seawater and sea sand to be used directly in the production of non-reinforced precast pavement blocks.Three different replacement ratio(0,50%and 100%)were adopted for both seawater and sea sand.Pavement blocks were prepared separately and subjected to compressive strength and flexural strength testes at 3,7,14,28 d ages.Test results reveals that the compressive strength and flexural strength of pavement blocks increase with the increasing of replacement ratio of sea sand and seawater.Test of specimens at the ages of 28,90,180 d shows that the compressive and flexural strength of pavement blocks can increase as much as 35%at the age of 180 d.Finally,a linear relationship was observed between compressive and flexural strength,and the corresponding equation was fitted based on current experimental results.
