摘　　要：一汽历史文化街区营造过程中,将可持续性贯穿于策划全程,提高了公共空间的质量和环境友好性并获得了广泛认可。通过诠释场所精神的概念和定义,剖析一汽街区的发展史及场所精神在历史文化街区的应用,解读场所精神与文化街区的可持续性,通过实践案例研究历史文化街区公共空间营造策略。得出场所精神在历史文化街区中的推动作用,以及对环境策略的重要性。研究策略为创造更具吸引力和有意义的公共空间提供了新的思路。In the construction process of FAW s historical and cultural district,sustainability is integrated throughout the planning process,improving spatial quality and environmental friendliness,and gaining recognition.This article interprets the concept of place spirit,analyzes the development history of neighborhoods and the application of place spirit in historical and cultural neighborhoods,interprets the sustainability of place spirit,and studies the strategies for creating public spaces in historical and cultural neighborhoods through case studies.The driving role of the spirit of the company and the importance of environmental strategies.Research strategies provide new methods for creating more attractive public spaces.
