摘　　要：预制装配式楼梯施工采取厂内预制、现场安装的模式,预制构件标准化,施工效率高。结合建筑工程实例,分析楼梯配筋荷载,提出地震作用对预制混凝土楼梯的影响,进行关键节点的设计,阐述预制楼梯休息平台的施工方法,从前期准备、垫片安装、楼梯吊装、校正、固定、注浆多个方面研究预制混凝土楼梯施工工艺的应用要点,从技术经济效益的角度分析预制混凝土楼梯施工工艺的可行性,旨在提高预制混凝土楼梯施工水平,促进装配式建筑行业的发展。The prefabricated staircase construction adopts the mode of prefabrication in the factory and on-site installation.The prefabricated components are standardized and the construction efficiency is high.Based on construction examples,this paper analyzes the reinforcement load of the stairs,proposes the influence of earthquake on the precast concrete stairs,designs the key nodes,expounds the construction method of the precast concrete stairs rest platform,and studies the application points of the precast concrete stairs construction technology from the aspects of preliminary preparation,gasket installation,stair lifting,calibration,fixing and grouting.The feasibility of precast concrete staircase construction technology is analyzed from the perspective of technical and economic benefits,aiming to improve the construction level ofprecast concrete stairs,and promote the development of prefabricated construction industry.
