摘  要:针对工矿铁路提质增效的发展需要,结合北斗卫星、无线通信、自动控制和铁路信号等领域的最新技术发展,基于北斗定位的移动闭塞智能列控系统提供完整的针对矿区铁路机车小运转模式下的新型列车运行控制系统解决方案和全套技术装备。系统综合采用基于北斗的多源异质融合定位、移动闭塞、基于公网的I P无线通信等关键技术,并在车地冗余无线通信、列车车长和初始定位方案等方面进行了创新设计,适用于新建线路和既有铁路改造,实现运输效率提升、降低建设和运维成本、数智发展等目标。In response to the development needs of improving railway quality and efficiency for industrial and mining railways,and in view of the latest technical developments in such fields as Beidou positioning,wireless communication,automatic control and railway signaling,this paper proposes a moving-block intelligent train control system based on Beidou positioning,which provides a complete solution and complete set of technical equipment for a new train control system in the district transfer mode of railway locomotives in the mining area.The proposed system features comprehensive utilization of such key technologies as multi-source heterogeneous fusion positioning based on Beidou system,moving block,and IP wireless communication based on public network,and uses innovative design in terms of vehicle-ground redundant wireless communication,train length calculation and initial train positioning.Suitable for the construction of new lines and the upgrading of existing railways,it achieves the goals of improving transport efficiency,reducing construction and operation costs,and developing digital intelligence.
