摘　　要：中国始于1978年的改革开放恰好与西方推动的所谓“第三波”民主化浪潮处于相同时间节点,使西方产生了在全球化进程中融化中国共产党的狂想并施展了包括叙事在内的各种伎俩。40多年来,西方在全球化进程中融化中国共产党的叙事主要从思想、组织、制度三个层面切入。他们认为仅靠硬实力遏制中国、瓦解共产党行不通,全球化浪潮中软实力才是“超越遏制”的真正的终极杀手。在融化战略失败后,西方叙事出现了新的变化,认为中国的成功已经严重威胁到西方的价值观、政治制度、生活方式和文化自信,转而采取封锁围堵、脱钩断链、小院高墙战略来切断中国与世界的联系,试图在“逆全球化”进程中按自己的意图改变中国政局。China’s reform and opening up in 1978 coincided with the so-called“third wave”of democratizationpromoted by the West,setting the West daydreaming about eroding the Communist Party of China’s leadership in the process of globalization by adopting various tricks,commanding narratives being one of the them.For more than four decades of globalization,Western narratives have exerted their influence on the ideological,organizational and systemic fronts,believing that hard power is not enough to contain China and disintegrate Communist Party and that soft power is the ace up their sleeves to achieve their ultimate and ulterior goals of eventual defeat of the Communist China in their“supra containment strategy”.Then,following the failure in these tactics,the West switches to new narratives intended to cut off China’s contacts with the rest of the world by means of encircling China,decoupling with China,breaking China’s international chain and creating blocs to restoreWestern values,political system,lifestyle andcultural self-confidence and to change the political landscape inChina in their favor in the process of“anti-globalization”.
