摘　　要：构建人类命运共同体是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中关乎全球治理的具有战略高度的宏大时代课题。从全球治理体系的现实出发,人类命运共同体内含的共商共建共享全球治理理念不仅表征着由美西方发达国家单方主宰下的现行全球治理体系的治理困境,而且指明了全球治理体系变革的方向。基于此,中国作为全球治理体系变革的推动者、协调者和引领者,应重点做好以下工作:加强与不同行为体的协调与合作,形成推动全球治理体系变革的合力;与世界各国共同落实三大“全球倡议”,推动世界走向和平、安全和繁荣;努力化解全球和地区冲突,为世界和平稳定注入更多确定性和正能量。只有这样,才能确保全球治理体系变革以和平合作的方式实现,进而在实现有效治理中找到各方利益的最大公约数。A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind is a grand and strategic topic of the times in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era concerning global governance.Startingfrom the reality of the global governance system,the concept of global governance of multilateral consultation,joint constructionand sharing contained in the community of shared future for mankind not only exposes the governance dilemmaof the current global governance system dominated by Western developed countries,but also points out the directionof the reform of the global governance system.Based on this,China,as a promoter,coordinator and leader ofthe reform of the global governance system,should work toward the strengthening coordination andcooperation with different actors to form a joint force to promote the reform of the global governance system,jointlyimplementing the three major“Global Initiatives”with countries around the world to promote the world towards peace,security and prosperity,striving to resolve international and regional conflicts and fostering more certainties and injecting positiveenergy into world peace and stability.Only in this way can we make sure that the reform of the global governancesystem is achieved in a peaceful and cooperative manner with the greatest common denominator for theinterests of all parties in achieving fair and just governance.
