摘  要:针对引信在运输环境下的跌落冲击、运输振动仿真工作烦琐,无经验人员操作困难的问题,提出参数化解决方案,并基于Python语言建立了引信参数化仿真系统,实现了外部调用仿真软件ABAQUS,成功简化了仿真工作的前处理和后处理过程。首先,通过对引信仿真方案的深入分析,总结了仿真工作特定规律,有效降低了多工况仿真的重复性和复杂性。然后,通过试验验证了系统的有效性和可行性,该研究对引信在运输环境下的考核以及研发工作具有一定工程参考价值。Aiming at the problems of fuze falling impact in transportation environment,complicated transportation vibration simulation work and difficult operation by inexperienced personnel,a parameterized solution is proposed,and a parameterized simulation system of the fuze is established based on Python language,and the external call simulation software ABAQUS is realized,which successfully simplifies the pre-processing and post-processing process of simulation work.Firstly,through the in-depth analysis of fuze simulation scheme,the specific laws of simulation work are summarized,which effectively reduces the repeatability and complexity of multi-condition simulation.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the system are verified by experiments.It has certain engineering reference significance for fuze in transportation environment assessment and fuze development.
