摘  要:三周期极小曲面(TPMS)结构因其可控的设计性和优秀的力学性能,有着十分广泛的应用场景,然而关于其声学性能的研究尚处于初级阶段。设计了3种均质体积分数和2种梯度体积分数的面片状Diamond型TPMS(D-TPMS)结构,并采用光固化成形。通过声阻抗管实验对样品的吸声性能进行测试,测试结果表明D-TPMS结构具有良好的吸声性能。对比同质量的均质体积分数结构,梯度体积分数结构是一种优化与提升,可为TPMS结构的工程应用提供更多可能。The triply periodic minimal surface(TPMS)structure has a wide range of application scenarios due to its controllable design and excellent mechanical properties,but the research on its acoustic properties is still at a relatively shallow stage.In this paper,three types of homogeneous volume fraction and two gradient volume fraction sheet diamond TPMS(D-TPMS)structures are designed and formed with stereo-lithography.The sound absorption performance of the sample is tested using impedance tube experimental equipment,and it is concluded that D-TPMS structure has good sound absorption performance.Compared with the homogeneous volume fraction structure of the same mass,the gradient structure is an optimization and improvement.It provides more possibilities for the engineering application of TPMS structures.
