摘 要:在用气射流去除飞机CFRP蒙皮表面涂层的过程中,磨料磨损直接影响涂层的去除效果。为探究塑性磨料磨损及其对CFRP蒙皮表面涂层加工的影响,采用塑性磨料以气射流方式对CFRP涂层进行消褪试验,对塑性磨料不同阶段的磨损及加工表面状态进行分析。试验结果表明:塑性磨料棱边及棱角磨损后,磨料形状向圆球状变化,磨料磨损主要是磨料与涂层间的机械磨损导致的;随着冲蚀次数增加,塑性磨料对涂层的冲蚀效果逐渐降低,塑性磨料经过40次循环冲蚀后,冲蚀能力仅为初期的45%;塑性磨料对涂层的前35次循环冲蚀,能获得较好的冲蚀效果。In the air jet machining of aircraft CFRP skin coating,abrasive wear directly affects the machining effect of the coating.In order to explore the plastic abrasive wear and its influence on the processing of CFRP skin coatings,the CFRP coatings are eliminated by the plastic abrasive gas jet method.The wear of plastic abrasives in different stages and the machining skin state are analyzed.The test results show that the shape of the abrasive changes to a spherical shape after the edges and corners of the plastic abrasive wear.The abrasive wear is mainly caused by the mechanical wear between the abrasive and the coating.With the increase of the number of erosions,the erosion effect of the plastic abrasive on the coating gradually decreases.After 40 cycles of erosion,the erosion capacity of the plastic abrasive is only 45%of the initial erosion.The first 35 cycles of plastic abrasive erosion of the coating can obtain better erosion effect.
