民用飞机最小机组工作量要求及符合性验证研究

摘　　要：由于民用飞机最小飞行机组的限制,中国民用航空规章第25部(CCAR-25)第25.1523条给出了确定最小飞行机组时必须考虑的因素和采用的准则。基于咨询通告AC25.1523-1的研究,对第25.1523条进行了解读和分析,并通过系统研究提出了分析/计算、飞行试验和模拟器试验相结合的符合性验证方法。研究结果可用于指导民机适航取证工作中最小飞行机组符合性验证工作,对飞机制造商有一定的参考意义。As for the limitation on minimum flightcrew of civil aircraft,25.1523 of China Civil Aviation Regulation(CCAR-25)gives the factors to be considered and the criteria to be adopted in determining the minimum flightcrew.Based on the study of AC25.1523-1,this paper interprets and analyzes CCAR25.1523.The method of compliance verification is put forward through systematic research and the method of analysis calculation,the flight test and simulator test is used to show the compliance of the minimum flightcrew.The research results can be used to guide the compliance verification of the minimum flightcrew in civil aircraft airworthiness certification which have certain reference significance for aircraft manufacturers.
