摘  要:在含有固体颗粒的流体环境中,球阀的冲蚀磨损特性是影响其可靠性和使用寿命的主要因素,为此探讨了金属双密封浮动球阀的内流场特性并对其冲蚀机理进行了分析。实验结果表明,金属双密封浮动球阀在10%与20%相对开度下的平均流速均高于其他相对开度下的平均流速。由此可知,阀座结构的微小变化会显著影响球阀的内流场特性。这些发现揭示了阀座设计对内流场特性和冲蚀磨损行为的重要影响,一定程度上可为金属双密封浮动球阀的阀座设计提供有价值的参考。In fluid environments containing solid particles,the erosive wear characteristics of ball valves are a major factor affecting their reliability and service life.Therefore,the internal flow field characteristics of metal double-sealed floating ball valves are explored,and the erosion mechanism is analyzed.Experimental results show that the average flow velocity at 10%and 20%relative opening is higher than at other relative openings.This indicates that even small changes in the valve seat structure can significantly impact the internal flow field characteristics of the ball valve.These findings highlight the important influence of valve seat design on internal flow field characteristics and erosive wear behavior,providing valuable reference for the design of valve seats in metal double-sealed floating ball valves.
