摘  要:针对葛洲坝船闸长期超负荷运行导致的人字门底枢轴瓦严重磨损问题,提出了葛洲坝二号船闸人字门底枢轴瓦的更换工艺,并结合实际工程进行了实践。通过确定定位基准、拆除旧轴瓦、数据测量与精加工、新轴瓦安装、轴瓦研配及附件安装等步骤,成功恢复了底枢的正常功能。In view of the serious wear problem of the bottom pivot bearing caused by the long-term overload operation of the Gezhouba ship lock,a replacement process for the bottom pivot bearing of the right lower miter gate of the Gezhouba No.2 ship lock is proposed and put into practice in combination with actual projects.The normal function of the bottom pivot is successfully restored through steps such as determining the positioning benchmark,removing the old bearing,data measurement and fine processing,installing the new bearing,matching the bearing and installing accessories.
