摘  要:目的 分析CT三维重建及3D打印模型在骨科教学中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年7月—2024年7月吉林省吉林中西医结合医院骨科50名实习生作为研究对象。2022年7月—2023年7月实施常规教学的25名实习生作为对照组,2023年8月—2024年7月实施CT三维重建及3D打印模型教学的25名实习生作为研究组。比较两组实习生对教学措施的满意度、学习成绩及教学效果。结果 研究组实习生理论知识及实践知识成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组对教学措施的满意度为100.00%(25/25),高于对照组的76.00%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.734,P<0.05)。结论 CT三维重建及3D打印模型可以提升教学效果,对实习生学习成绩的提升有促进作用,且实习生对教学方案的满意度较高。Objective The application value of CT 3D reconstruction and 3D printing model in orthopedics teaching was analyzed.Methods Fifty interns in the Department of Orthopedics of Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chi-nese and Western Medicine,Jilin Province from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects.A total of twenty-five interns who practiced routine teaching from July 2022 to July 2023 served as the control group,and a total of twenty-five interns who practiced CT 3D reconstruction and 3D printing model teaching from August 2023 to July 2024 served as the research group.The satisfaction,academic achievement and teaching effect of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching measures in the study group was 100.00%(25/25),which was higher than 76.00%(19/25)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.734,P<0.05).Con-clusion CT 3D reconstruction and 3D printing model can improve the teaching effect and promote the improvement of interns'academic performance,and interns have a high satisfaction with the implementation of the teaching program.
