摘　　要：目的 深入探讨数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)在医院管理研究中的应用,旨在通过文献计量学分析,揭示DEA的研究现状及未来发展方向。方法 通过对中国知网数据库中的相关文献进行检索,运用CiteSpace软件进行核心作者、发文机构、关键词相关分析。结果 医院管理研究领域中数据包络分析的应用文献量趋于稳定,但作者间的合作网络相对分散,缺乏广泛的学术合作。主要研究机构集中在特定地区,且机构间的合作网络密度低。关键词分析强调了运营效率和资源配置的重要性,并通过聚类及突现分析揭示了研究主题的演变和新兴议题。时间图谱分析突出了医院管理研究随时间演变的多维度指标的必要性。结论 CiteSpace软件揭示了医院管理研究领域中数据包络分析应用的新趋势和焦点,建议加强跨机构合作,关注新兴研究主题,并综合考虑多维度指标以推动医院管理领域的发展。Objective The application of data envelopment analysis(DEA)in hospital management research was deeply discussed,aiming to reveal the current research status and future development direction of DEA through biblio⁃metric analysis.Methods By searching relevant literature in CNKI database,CiteSpace software was used to conduct correlation analysis of core authors,publishing institutions and keywords.Results The amount of literature on the ap⁃plication of data envelopment analysis in hospital management research tends to be stable,but the cooperation net⁃work among authors is relatively scattered,and there is a lack of extensive academic cooperation.Major research insti⁃tutions are concentrated in specific regions,and the density of collaboration networks among institutions is low.Key⁃word analysis emphasizes the importance of operational efficiency and resource allocation,and reveals the evolution of research themes and emerging issues through cluster and breakout analysis.The analysis of time graph highlights the necessity of multi-dimensional index of hospital management research over time.Conclusion CiteSpace software re⁃veals new trends and focuses in the application of data envelopment analysis in the field of hospital management re⁃search,and suggests strengthening cross-institutional collaboration,focusing on emerging research topics,and compre⁃hensively considering multidimensional indicators to promote the development of the field of hospital management.
