安全文化理念下风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 分析安全文化理念下风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用价值。方法 选取滕州市中心人民医院妇产科30名护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月采取常规管理,即对照组,2023年7—12月采取安全文化理念下的风险管理,即观察组,将不同管理方式下的安全管理意识评分、安全管理技术评分及科室安全事件发生情况、管理质量评分进行比较。结果 观察组护士安全管理意识评分、安全管理技术评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组出现1起安全事件,对照组出现4起安全事件;观察组病房管理(93.33±1.15)分、服务水平(94.12±0.33)分、文书记录(93.45±0.38)分,优于对照组的(90.01±1.03)分、(90.45±0.77)分、(90.24±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.779、23.995、25.980,P均<0.05)。结论 安全文化理念下风险管理可提升妇产科护理管理质量、护士安全意识及安全管理技术水平,减少安全事件的发生。Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing man⁃agement under the concept of safety culture.Methods Thirty nurses from the obstetrics and gynecology department of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected as study subjects.Routine management was adopted from January to June 2023 and set as the control group.Risk management under the safety culture concept was implemented from July to December 2023 and set as the observation group.Compared the safety management awareness score,the safety management technology score,the occurrence of safety events in the department and the management quality score un⁃der different management methods.Results The score of nurses'safety management awareness and safety manage⁃ment technology of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).1 safety event occurred in the observation group and 4 safety events occurred in the con⁃trol group.In the observation group,the scores of ward management was 93.33±1.15,service level was 94.12±0.33 and document record was 93.45±0.38,which were better than 90.01±1.03,90.45±0.77 and 90.24±0.56 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.779,23.995,25.980,all P<0.05).Conclusion Risk man⁃agement under the concept of safety culture can improve the quality of nursing management in obstetrics and gynecol⁃ogy,improve the level of nurses'safety awareness and safety management technology,and reduce the occurrence of safety incidents.
