加强疫苗冷链管理在疾控中心疫苗安全管理中应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析加强疫苗冷链管理在淮安市淮阴区疾病预防控制中心疫苗安全管理中应用的效果。方法 选取2021年4月—2024年9月淮安市淮阴区疾控中心从事疫苗管理的10名工作人员为研究对象。2021年4月—2022年12月实施常规疫苗冷链管理,设为常规组;2023年1月—2024年9月实施加强疫苗冷链管理,设为研究组。比较两组管理模式满意度评分、工作质量评分、超温疫苗及失效疫苗发生情况。结果 研究组工作人员对管理模式满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组疫苗超温发生率为1.00%(3/300),失效疫苗发生率为1.30%(4/300),均低于常规组的5.00%(15/300)、6.00%(18/300),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.247、9.248,P均<0.05)。结论 在疾控中心疫苗安全管理中,加强疫苗冷链管理能够提高工作人员对管理模式的满意度和工作质量,降低疫苗超温及失效事件发生率,在疾控中心疫苗安全管理中具有较高管理借鉴价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of strengthening vaccine cold chain management in vaccine safety management of Huaiyin District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Huai'an City.Methods From April 2021 to September 2024,ten staff members engaged in vaccine management in Huaiyin District Center for Dis⁃ease Control of Huai'an City were selected as the research objects.From April 2021 to December 2022,the routine vaccine cold chain management was implemented and set as the routine group;from January 2023 to September 2024,the implementation of strengthening vaccine cold chain management was set as the study group.The satisfaction score of management mode,work quality score,over-temperature vaccine and failure vaccine were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction scores of the staff in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of vaccine overtemperature in the study group was 1.00%(3/300),and the incidence of invalid vaccine was 1.30%(4/300),which were lower than 5.00%(15/300)and 6.00%(18/300)in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.247,9.248,both P<0.05).Conclusion In the vaccine safety management of the CDC,strengthening the vaccine cold chain management can improve the staff's satisfaction with the management model and the quality of work,re⁃duce the incidence of vaccine overtemperature and failure events,and have a high management reference value in the vaccine safety management of the Center for Disease Control.
