摘　　要：目的 分析医院医务管理工作采取细节管理模式的效果及对医务人员自我管理能力的影响。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月阜宁县人民医院医务人员507名为研究对象。2022年1—12月采取常规模式管理,设为对照组;2023年1—12月采取细节管理,设为观察组。比较两组职业倦怠、管理效果及自我管理能力评分。结果 观察组职业倦怠评分、管理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组情绪管理(8.62±1.01)分、工作效率(8.92±1.03)分、时间管理(8.77±0.62)分,高于对照组的(7.52±1.03)分、(7.61±1.05)分、(7.71±0.64)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.170、20.054、26.785,P均<0.05)。结论 细节管理模式能够有效提高医院医务管理质量,强化医务人员自我管理能力。Objective To analyze the effect of detail management mode in hospital medical management and its influ⁃ence on self-management ability of medical staff.Methods A total of 507 medical staff in Funing County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,the conventional model management was adopted as the control group;from January to December 2023,detailed management was adopted and set as the observation group.The scores of job burnout,management effect and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results The job burnout scores and management effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of emotional management,work efficiency and time management in the observation group were 8.62±1.01,8.92±1.03 and 8.77±0.62,which were higher than 7.52±1.03,7.61±1.05 and 7.71±0.64 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.170,20.054,26.785,all P<0.05).Conclusion The detail management model can effectively improve the quality of hospital medical management and strengthen the self-management ability of medical staff.
