摘 要:目的 分析儿科护理管理中人性化管理的价值。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年8月平邑县人民医院的19名儿科护士为研究对象。在2023年9月—2024年2月实施常规化管理为普通组,在2024年3—8月实施人性化管理为观察组。对比两组护理技能评分、护理不良事件发生情况、工作质量评分以及管理满意率。结果 观察组护士的理论及实践技能评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组在执行护理时有2起患儿输液渗出,有1起患儿跌倒,未有护患争议;普通组在执行护理时有7起患儿输液渗出,有4起患儿跌倒,有3起护患争议,观察组管理不良事件更少。观察组工作质量评分高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护士对管理模式的满意度为100.00%(19/19),高于普通组的78.95%(15/19)。结论 人性化管理执行后可减少护患纠纷事件,提升儿科管理质量以及护士工作质量,且护士管理满意率高。Objective To analyze the value of humanized management in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of nineteen pediatric nurses from Pingyi County People's Hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were se⁃lected as the study objects.The regular management was implemented from September 2023 to February 2024 as the general group,and the humanized management was implemented from March to August 2024 as the observation group.Nursing skill score,nursing adverse events,job quality score and management satisfaction rate were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical and practical skills of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).In the observa⁃tion group,there were 2 cases of transfusion seepage and 1 case of fall,and no dispute between nurses and patients.In the general group,there were 7 cases of transfusion leakage,4 cases of falls and 3 cases of nurse-patient disputes,and the observation group had fewer adverse events.The job quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nurses in the observation group was 100.00%(19/19),which was higher than 78.95%(15/19)in the general group.Conclu⁃sion After the implementation of humanized management,nurse-patient disputes can be reduced,and the quality of pediatric management and nurses'work can be improved.Moreover,the management satisfaction rate of nurses is high.
