摘 要:目的 分析精神科护理管理中应用早期预警管理模式的作用。方法 选取山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院精神科护士15名,在2023年1—6月采取传统管理模式(对照组),在2023年7—12月采取早期预警管理模式(观察组),检查两组护理管理质量、护士沟通能力、护士风险事件发生情况、管理总满意度。结果 观察组护理管理质量、护士沟通能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组未出现风险事件。对照组出现4起风险事件。观察组护士对管理模式的总满意度为100.00%(15/15),高于对照组的73.33%(11/15)。结论 精神科护理管理中,应用早期预警管理模式效果好,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the role of early warning management mode in psychiatric nursing management.Methods Fifteen mental nurses from Shandong Health Care Group,Laiwu Central Hospital were selected.From Janu⁃ary to June 2023,the conventional management model(control group)was carried out.While the early warning man⁃agement model was carried out from July to December 2023(observation group).The quality of care administration,communication capability,risk incident occurrence,and managerial satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of nursing management quality and nurse communication ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no risk events in the observa⁃tion group and 4 risk events in the control group.The total satisfaction rate of nurses in the observation group was 100.00%(15/15),which was higher than 73.33%(11/15)in the control group.Conclusion Applying early-warning management model in mental health care administration is effective and valuable in practice.
