摘  要:目的 分析内科护理管理中人性化管理的价值。方法 选取费县城北卫生院18名内科护士为研究对象,2023年9月—2024年2月实施常规化管理(一般组),2024年3—8月实施人性化管理(探究组),比较两组的护理质量、个人技能、不良事件以及管理满意率。结果 探究组的护理管理质量和个人技能评分均高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组出现2件护理差错事件、1件护患纠纷事件,一般组出现11件护理差错事件、8件护患纠纷事件。探究组的满意率为100.00%(18/18),高于一般组的77.78%(14/18)。结论 内科中实施人性化管理可全面提升护理质量以及护士技能,减少内科不良事件,管理满意度较高。Objective To analyze the value of humanized management in internal medicine nursing management.Methods Eighteen internal medicine nurses from Chengbei Health Center of Feixian County were selected as the study subjects,and routine management(general group)was implemented from September 2023 to February 2024,and humane management(inquiry group)was implemented from March to August 2024.The nursing quality,personal skills,adverse events and management satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nurs⁃ing management quality and personal skills of the inquiry group were higher than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 2 nursing error events and 1 nurse-patient dispute events in the inquiry group,11 nursing error events and 8 nurse-patient dispute events in the general group.Satisfac⁃tion rate of the inquiry group was 100.00%(18/18)higher than 77.78%(14/18)of the general group.Conclusion Hu⁃manized management in internal medicine can improve nursing quality and nurses'skills,reduce adverse events in in⁃ternal medicine,and improve management satisfaction.
