PDCA循环管理法在结核病防控中的实施路径与效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨PDCA循环管理法在结核病防控中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年6月菏泽市传染病医院29名工作人员作为研究对象,设为传统组,实施传统的管理模式;2022年7月—2024年8月对同一批工作人员实施PDCA循环管理,作为探究组,对比两组管理效果。结果 探究组的管理质量评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组的工作效率评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组的总满意度为100.00%(29/29),高于传统组的79.31%(23/29),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.647,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理法在质控科工作人员结核病防控中的应用,能够有效提高管理质量、工作效率及工作满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods A total of twenty-nine staff members from Heze Infectious Disease Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and set as the traditional group to implement the traditional manage⁃ment mode.From July 2022 to August 2024,PDCA cycle management was implemented for the same group of staff,set as the inquiry group.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The management quality scores of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).The work efficiency score of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(29/29),which was higher than 79.31%(23/29)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.647,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in tuberculosis prevention and control can effectively improve the management quality,work efficiency and work satisfaction.
