摘　　要：院前急救是急救体系重要环节,随着互联网、5G技术的不断发展,急救网络平台建设方案日新月异而趋于完善,对于相对落后地区有着莫大帮助,传统县乡级医疗资源很难适应社会需求,地域差异性较大,急救方案无法照搬使用。本文就云县地域特点,归纳总结出本县内乡镇内医疗设备不足、人才缺乏、急救流程不标准等问题,充分利用医共体优势,连同互联网技术,大力整改急救措施、培训专业人员、统一管理和不断修改急救方案,总结出适应于本区域内急救模式,并协助通过创伤、卒中等中心建设,完成建设乡镇四级创伤救治中心站,以期对类似区域急救体系的完善提供一定参考。Pre hospital first aid is an important part of the first aid system.With the continuous development of the Internet and 5G technology,the construction scheme of the first aid network platform has been improved with each passing day,which is of great help to relatively backward areas.Traditional county and township level medical re⁃sources are difficult to adapt to social needs,with large regional differences,and the first aid scheme cannot be copied and used;Based on the regional characteristics of Yunxian County,summarizes the problems such as insufficient medical equipment,lack of talents,non-standard emergency procedures,etc.in the villages and towns of the county,makes full use of the advantages of the medical community,together with Internet technology,vigorously improves the emergency measures,trains professionals,unifies management and constantly modifies the emergency plan,summa⁃rizes the emergency mode suitable for the region,and assists in completing the construction of four level trauma treat⁃ment center stations in the villages and towns through the construction of trauma,stroke and other centers,in order to provide some reference for the improvement of the emergency system in similar regions.
