数字化时代提高医院档案管理有效性的策略分析

摘　　要：在数字化浪潮下,医院档案管理面临新契机与挑战。本文以提高医院档案管理有效性为切入点,首先阐述了数字化时代提升医院档案管理有效性的重要意义,强调其对医疗服务的积极影响。接着剖析了当前医院档案管理面临的挑战,随后提出了提高医院档案管理有效性的若干策略,包括加强技术投入、培养专业人才等。希望可为行业人员提供参考,以推动医院档案管理在数字化时代实现高效发展,更好地为医疗工作和患者服务。Under the wave of digitization,hospital archive management is facing new opportunities and challenges.This article takes improving the effectiveness of hospital archive management as the starting point,first elaborating on the important significance of enhancing the effectiveness of hospital archive management in the digital age,emphasiz⁃ing its positive impact on medical services.Subsequently,the challenges faced by current hospital archive manage⁃ment were analyzed,and several strategies were proposed to improve the effectiveness of hospital archive management,including strengthening technical investment and cultivating professional talents.This paper hope to provide reference for industry personnel to promote the efficient development of hospital archive management in the digital age,and bet⁃ter serve medical work and patients.
