摘　　要：目的 探讨分析应用公共卫生管理措施对增强疾病预防控制中心工作人员自我防护能力的作用。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月潍坊市寒亭区疾控中心60名工作人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月期间实施常规管理为干预前,2023年1月—2024年1月实施公共卫生管理措施为干预后。比较干预前、后疾控中心工作人员的日常工作质量、传染病防护知识评分、自护技能评分,统计医学暴露发生情况。结果 干预后日常工作质量评分(91.72±2.88)分较干预前(82.21±2.52)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=23.949,P<0.05)。干预后传染病防护知识评分、自护技能掌握评分较干预前更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后发生2起医学暴露事件,干预前发生9起医学暴露事件。结论 通过实施公共卫生管理措施,能够有效增强疾控中心工作人员的传染病防护能力,大幅提高其对传染病的认知水平,切实避免出现医学暴露的问题,保障工作人员的人身安全。Objective To explore and analyze the role of applying public health management measures to enhance the self-protection ability of Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)staff.Methods Sixty staff members of the CDC of Hanting District,Weifang City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The implementation of routine management from January to December 2022 was before the intervention,and the implemen⁃tation of public health management measures from January 2023 to January 2024 was after the intervention.The CDC staff's quality of daily work,score of infectious disease protection knowledge and the mastery of self-protection skills were compared,and the occurrence of medical exposure were counted.Results After intervention,the score of daily work quality 91.72±2.88 was higher than 82.21±2.52 before intervention,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(t=23.949,P<0.05);The score of infectious disease protection knowledge and self-protection skills were higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 2 medical ex⁃posure events after intervention and 9 medical exposure events before intervention.Conclusion The implementation of public health management measures can effectively enhance the ability of CDC staff to protect against infectious dis⁃eases,greatly improve their awareness of infectious diseases,effectively avoid medical exposure problems,and ensure the personal safety of staff.
