摘　　要：目的 探讨对消毒供应中心外来医疗器械实施PDCA管理后对清洗质量产生的影响。方法 选取2021年8月—2023年9月枣庄市峄城区中医院消毒供应中心的40名工作人员作为研究对象,2021年8月—2022年8月行常规管理,设为参照组;2022年9月—2023年9月展开PDCA管理,设为研究组。对比两组的认知水平和器械管理质量。结果 研究组护理人员器械拆卸方法 认知评分、器械名称认知评分、预处理认知评分以及清洗流程认知评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组器械完整率为97.50%(39/40)、清洗合格率为97.50%(39/40)、包装合格率为95.00%(38/40)、有效交接率为95.00%(38/40),高于参照组的77.50%(31/40)、80.00%(32/40)、80.00%(32/40)、77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,6.134,4.114,5.164,P均<0.05)。结论 消毒供应中心应用PDCA管理,可提升外来医疗器械检测合格率以及器械管理质量。Objective To explore the influence of PDCA management on cleaning quality of external medical devices in disinfection supply center.Methods Forty staff members from the Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zaozhuang City from August 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.From August 2021 to August 2022,routine management was performed and set as the reference group.From September 2022 to September 2023,PDCA management was carried out as a study group.The cognitive level and device management quality of the two groups were compared.Results The cognitive scores of device disassembly method,device name,pre-treatment and cleaning process of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the study group,the devices completeness rate was 97.50%(39/40),the qualification rate of cleaning was 97.50%(39/40),the qualification rate of packaging was 95.00%(38/40),and the effective handover rate was 95.00%(38/40),higher than 77.50%(31/40),80.00%(32/40),80.00%(32/40)and 77.50%(31/40)in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,6.134,4.114,5.164,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management in disinfection supply center can improve the qualified rate of foreign medical devices and the quality of device management.
