摘　　要：本文综述了创伤急救区域一体化基地的发展现状,深入剖析了其运作模式,并对救治效果进行了系统评价,探讨了基地面临的挑战,如地域差异、资源配置不均衡、急救人员技能培训等问题,并提出了相应的对策。此外,本文构建了一套创伤急救区域一体化基地的能效评价体系,旨在为基地的持续优化与发展提供科学指导。This paper reviews the development status of the regional integrated base of trauma first aid,deeply ana⁃lyzes its operation mode,and systematically evaluates the treatment effect,discusses the challenges faced by the base,such as regional differences,unbalanced resource allocation,first aid personnel skills training and other issues,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In addition,this paper constructs a set of energy efficiency evaluation system for the regional integration base of trauma first aid,aiming to provide scientific guidance for the continuous op⁃timization and development of the base.
