摘　　要：目的调查工伤康复的介入时间和康复时间,并探讨其相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2021年至2023年盐城德馨医院接受康复的工伤职工595例的康复介入时间和康复时间及相关临床资料。结果工伤职工平均康复介入时间188.54 d,平均康复时间44.52 d。不同工伤认定书归属地的工伤职工,康复介入时间有非常高度显著性差异(Z=159.193,P<0.001)。不同损伤部位、手术情况和工伤认定书归属地的工伤职工,康复时间有非常高度显著性差异(|Z|>5.585,P<0.001)。多元线性回归显示,部分工伤认定书归属地是康复介入时间的相关因素(t>2.332,P<0.05);年龄60~69岁、损伤部位、部分工伤认定书归属地和康复医疗费用是康复时间的相关因素(t>2.064,P<0.05)。结论工伤职工接受康复介入的时间受工伤认定书归属地的影响,康复时间与职工年龄、损伤部位、手术情况、工伤认定书归属地和康复医疗费用等因素有关。Objective To investigate the intervention and duration of work-related injury rehabilitation,and explore the related factors.Methods The intervention and duration of rehabilitation were investigated in a total of 595 subjects after work-related injuries accepting rehabilitation in Dexin Hospital of Yancheng from 2021 to 2023,as well as the related clinical factors.Results The intervention of rehabilitation was average in 188.54 days after injuries,and duration for 44.52 days.The intervention of rehabilitation was different among the locations of the work-related injury certification(Z=159.193,P<0.001).The duration of rehabilitation was different among injury sites,surgical statuses and locations of the work-related injury certification(|Z|>5.585,P<0.001).Some locations of work-related injury certifications correlated with the intervention of rehabilitation(t>2.332,P<0.05);while aged 60 to 69,type of injuries,some locations of work-related injury certifications and rehabilitation expenses correlated with the intervention of rehabilitation(t>2.064,P<0.05).Conclusion The locations of the work-related injury certification may influence the work-related injured employees to receive rehabilitation,while the duration of rehabilitation is related to the age,types of injury,surgical status,locations of the work-related injury certification and rehabilitation medical expenses.
