摘 要:以硅酸四乙酯(tetraethyl orthosilicate,TEOS)和十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(hexadecyltrimethoxysilane,HDTMS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备HDTMS改性SiO_(2)超疏水涂层,对其表面微观结构、化学元素组成与结构等进行表征,并对其疏水性能、自清洁性能、热稳定性及可重复利用性能进行评估。结果显示:随着HDTMS与TEOS物质的量比的增加,涂层表面的接触角先增大后减小。当HDTMS与TEOS物质的量比为0.12时,涂层表面的接触角为153°±0.5°,滚动角为1.3°±0.5°,具有最佳的疏水性能,且具有较好的防污特性与自清洁性能、20~100℃温度内,其表面的润湿性能几乎不受影响,稳定性良好,且具备可重复利用优势。综上,本研究制备的HDTMS改性SiO_(2)超疏水涂层性能优异,具有较大的实际应用潜力。Using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS)as raw materials,the HDTMS⁃modified SiO_(2)superhydrophobic coating was prepared via the sol⁃gel method.The surface microstructure,chemical element composition,and structure of the coating were characterized,and its hydrophobicity,self-cleaning property,thermal stability,and reusability were evaluated.The results indicated that with the increase in the molar ratio of HDTMS to TEOS,the contact angle of the coating surface first increased and then decreased.When the molar ratio of HDTMS to TEOS was 0.12,the contact angle of the coating surface reached 153°±0.5°,and the sliding angle was 1.3°±0.5°.At this point,the coating exhibited the optimal hydrophobic performance,along with good anti-fouling and self-cleaning properties.In the temperature range of 20-100℃,the surface wettability of the coating was almost unaffected,demonstrating good stability,and it had the advantage of being reusable.In summary,the HDTMS⁃modified SiO_(2)superhydrophobic coating prepared in this study features excellent performance and holds great potential for practical applications.
