水利水电工程建设中生态修复的应用

摘  要:水利水电工程建设施工会对周围生态环境产生不同程度的影响,严重时甚至会威胁周围村民的生命财产安全。加之管理人员和技术人员对生态修复工作的重视不足,导致生态环境不良影响不断扩大。基于此,本文探讨了水利水电工程建设中的生态修复技术,包括退耕还林还草、植被修复加固、沿河生态修复、流域水温恢复、水质净化、过度开发修复、生态退化修复及土壤表层恢复等具体应用,并提出了加强生态保护宣传教育、注重生态恢复技术创新、制定科学生态修复计划及构建完善水土监测体系等管理措施,以期为水利水电工程的绿色发展和生态环境长期保护提供有益参考。The construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects will have varying degrees of impact on the surrounding ecological environment,and in serious cases,it will even threaten the safety of the lives and property of the surrounding villagers.In addition,managers and technicians do not pay enough attention to ecological restoration,resulting in the continuous expansion of adverse effects on the ecological environment.Based on this,this paper discusses the specific applications of ecological restoration technologies in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects,including returning farmland to forest and grassland,vegetation restoration and reinforcement,ecological restoration along rivers,water temperature restoration in river basins,water purification,overexploitation restoration,ecological degradation restoration,and soil surface restoration,and puts forward management measures such as strengthening ecological protection publicity and education,paying attention to ecological restoration technology innovation,formulating scientific ecological restoration plans,and building and improving water and soil monitoring systems.In order to provide a useful reference for the green development of water conservancy and hydropower projects and the long-term protection of the ecological environment.
