摘  要:海上油气工程数字化、智能化发展过程中存在数据孤岛问题,即数据多头录入、标准不统一、功能重复开发、信息与业务融合不紧密等问题,导致数据库多、平台多、孤立应用多,阻碍了数据共享和业务协同,给油气行业人工智能技术的落地应用带来了挑战。因此,本文提出了基于海上油气数据湖的多源异构数据自动融合方法,以解决海上油气数据湖多源性和不确定性问题。同时,从融合层次、融合冲突、融合过程三个方面对多源不确定数据进行数据融合管理优化,以提升海洋异构数据交换和映射效率,增强多源不确定数据的表述能力,优化海洋异构数据的数据集成。There is a data silo problem in the development of digital intelligence in offshore oil and gas engineering,i.e.,multiple data entry,inconsistent standards,duplicated development of functions,and poor integration of information and business.This leads to multiple databases,multiple platforms,and multiple isolated applications,which makes data sharing and business collaboration difficult and brings challenges to the application of artificial intelligence in the oil and gas industry on the ground.Therefore,this paper proposes an automatic fusion method for multi-source heterogeneous data based on offshore oil and gas data lake to solve the offshore oil and gas data lake multi-source and uncertainty.Data fusion management optimisation research on multi-source uncertain data is conducted from three aspects:fusion level,fusion conflict and fusion process,in order to improve the efficiency of marine heterogeneous data exchange and mapping,enhance the representation ability of multi-source uncertain data,and optimise the data integration of marine heterogeneous data.
