摘 要:射线检测技术是利用不同被检体厚度吸收不同光线强度的原理,检测材料内部缺陷的方法之一。在压力容器安全检测过程中,射线检测技术的应用至关重要。该技术主要利用X射线或γ射线穿透试件,通过测量射线因缺陷存在而产生的强度差异探测缺陷,并以胶片作为记录信息的器材。射线检测具有对体积缺陷(比如孔隙、残渣、裂纹等)检测率高的优点,检测结果可以直接记录在底片上,直观、真实且可长期保存。基于此,本文分析了压力容器的安全检测难点、射线检测技术的原理和优势,并研究了射线检测技术在压力容器安全检测中的实际应用。Radiographic testing technology is one of the methods for detecting internal defects in materials by utilizing the principle of absorbing different light intensities with different thicknesses of the specimen.The application of radiographic testing technology is crucial in the safety inspection process of pressure vessels.This technology mainly uses X-rays or gamma rays to penetrate the specimen,detects defects by measuring the intensity difference caused by the presence of defects in the radiation,and uses film as the equipment for recording information.Radiographic testing has the advantage of high detection rate for volume defects such as pores,residues,cracks,etc.The detection results can be directly recorded on the film,which is intuitive,realistic,and can be stored for a long time.Based on this,this article analyzes the difficulties in safety testing of pressure vessels,the principles and advantages of radiographic testing technology,and studies the practical application of radiographic testing technology in pressure vessel safety testing.
