摘　　要：造价管理是水利工程项目建设的要点,对于管理人员的工作能力和水平提出了较高要求。管理人员需要掌握专业的管理方法,以提升工程项目建设施工经济效益,减少工程项目建设期间出现的资金短缺等问题。基于此,本文简要分析水利工程造价全过程管理的意义及其存在的问题,并探讨水利工程造价全过程控制与管理的要点,以期为提高水利工程建设施工的经济性奠定良好基础。Cost management is the key point of water conservancy project construction,which puts forward higher requirements for the work ability and level of management personnel.Managers need to master professional management methods to improve the economic benefits of project construction and reduce the shortage of funds during the construction of engineering projects.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the significance and existing problems of the whole process management of water conservancy project cost,and discusses the key points of the whole process control and management of water conservancy project cost,in order to lay a good foundation for improving the economy of water conservancy project construction.
