摘　　要：面对频繁发生的公路工程施工问题,工程企业亟须采用先进的管理理念、方法与技术,加强施工管理。在长期的公路项目实践中,工程企业虽已积累了丰富的项目经验,并在施工管理方面取得了显著成效,但部分公路工程中仍存在诸多施工管理问题,对项目质量与运营等产生了不利影响。因此,有关人员需根据公路项目施工要求,加大施工管理力度。基于此,本文重点分析了公路施工管理的现状问题,并针对这些问题提出了切实有效的解决措施,以期为同类型项目提供参考与借鉴。In the face of frequent highway engineering construction problems,engineering enterprises urgently need to strengthen construction management and adopt advanced management concepts,methods and technologies.In the long-term practice of highway projects,although engineering enterprises have accumulated rich project experience and achieved remarkable results in construction management,there are still many construction management problems in some highway projects,which have an adverse impact on project quality,safety and cost.Therefore,in the future,relevant personnel need to increase construction management according to the construction requirements of highway projects.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of highway construction management,and puts forward practical and effective solutions to these problems,in order to provide reference and reference for similar projects.
