水利工程堤防安全运行管理探讨

摘　　要：水利工程项目在我国当前社会发展过程中受到高度重视,施工人员落实相关技术操作时不仅要做好水利工程安全管理工作,还应优化堤防管理方式,进一步提高堤防建设水平,从根本上加强水利工程结构的安全性。本文简要概述了水利工程安全管理下的堤防管理原则,并结合水利工程堤防运行中存在的问题提出相应的管理措施,为提高水利工程堤防安全性、促进水利工程项目稳定运行奠定良好的理论基础。Water conservancy project construction construction in the process of current social development in our country has received great attention,the construction personnel to implement the relevant technical operations not only to do a good job of water conservancy engineering safety management work,but also to optimize the levee management form,further improve the level of levee construction,fundamentally strengthen the safety of water conservancy project structure.This paper briefly summarizes the principles of levee management under the safety management of water conservancy projects,and puts forward corresponding management measures according to the problems existing in the operation of water conservancy projects,which lays a good theoretical foundation for improving the safety of water conservancy projects and promoting the stable operation of water conservancy projects.
