摘 要:城区地形狭窄,新建城市地下快速路往往布置在现状道路规划红线内,下穿既有道路,施工过程中会对地面交通造成影响。本文依托济南市玉函路隧道长距离下穿玉函路建设工程,利用数值计算和现场监测相结合的研究方法,对地层沉降规律进行研究。研究结果表明,当大跨度小净距隧道长距离下穿既有市政道路时,沉降槽会沿道路中线方向延伸,最终沉降量会造成道路横坡的改变;在进行小净距隧道开挖时,当达到拱顶以上的一定深度时,沉降槽会叠加成单槽形式,加大最终沉降量,且先行洞沉降量大于后行洞;地层单点沉降随掌子面推进会呈现“S”型分布规律。根据数值模拟和监测结果,前后各30m开挖对监测点沉降均有影响。因此,在长距离平行下穿市政道路的施工过程中,也会形成垂直道路中线的沉降槽,应对其最大沉降量进行严格控制。The terrain of urban areas is narrow,and new urban underground expressways are often arranged within the red line of the existing road planning,passing under the existing roads,which will affect the ground traffic during the construction process.In this paper,based on the construction project of Yuhan Road Tunnel in Jinan City,the long-distance underpass of Yuhan Road Tunnel,and the research method of numerical calculation and on-site monitoring is used to study the law of formation settlement.The results show that when the long-distance tunnel with a large span and small clear distance passes through the existing municipal road,the settlement groove will extend along the direction of the road centerline,and the final settlement will cause the change of the road cross slope.When the excavation of the small clear distance tunnel is carried out,when a certain depth above the vault is reached,the settlement groove will be superimposed into a single groove form,and the final settlement amount is increased,and the settlement amount of the first tunnel is greater than that of the rear tunnel;The single-point settlement of the formation will show an"S"shaped distribution law with the advancement of the tunnel face.According to the numerical simulation and monitoring results,the excavation of 30m before and after has an impact on the settlement of the monitoring point.Therefore,in the construction process of long-distance parallel underpass municipal road,the settlement groove of the center line of the vertical road will also be formed,and its maximum settlement should be strictly controlled.
